Een bijzondere dynamiek komt tot stand door de persoonlijke ontmoetingen tussen muzikanten, bewoners van de wijk, vrijwilligers. Kortom, een heel palet van sociale en muzikale impressies.Dorp op stapPer Vlaamse provincie wordt via een wedstrijd één dorp uitgekozen om helemaal ondergedompeld te worden in een cultuurbad. De 5 dorpen krijgen eerst een klassiek concert in eigen dorp en worden daarna uitgenodigd voor een dagje cultuur in Brussel met een prachtig klassiek concert in het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten, een gezellige lunch met regionale specialiteiten van alle deelnemende dorpen en een stadswandeling.Festival on tourNeem plaats op onze aangename zitgelegenheden, geniet van de sfeer, snuif klassieke muziek op en duik even weg in een nieuwe wereld. About Us
The Flanders Festival Brussels comprises various musical events that have been embellishing Brussels for over 40 years! Five projects are being showcased in 2012:the KlaraFestival, The European Galas, Festival on Sports Tour, Music Masters on Air and the children’s singing ensemble in cooperation with Met-X: Shanti! Shanti! The Festival of Flanders Brussels is going to meet the public and daring to think beyond the concert hall; edifying classical music is undoubtedly suitable for a gala-evening, but why not also put it in the public domain, in city squares and in living rooms…? It is classical, but always dazzling!
